            So Beautiful

Chosen because of its name and colour as a memorial rose for our darling ginger cat who adored lying in the sunshine.
We bought this David Austin rose from Burford Garden Centre in mid-June. I really didn’t expect to see much growth this season, but just 6 weeks later it’s totally filled out to be a lovely shape and it is absolutely covered in new buds. The flowers when fully opened are large with tightly packed petals and it has a scent that is both heady & sublime. I didn’t realise just how amazing it would smell.
I really can’t fault this rose, it is absolutely beautiful.
